Grounded Mvmnt was created to be more than just a workout.
It’s a space where you can build strength, reconnect with your body, and take a moment for yourself. Without pressure, without noise and without needing to be anything other than where you are right now.
Why I created this
I created Grounded Mvmnt because I felt like something was missing.
I wanted a space that felt strong, welcoming and intentional. Where people could come in, move their bodies, and actually feel better when they left. Not just physically but mentally too.
A space that wasn’t intimidating, overcrowded or overwhelming. Just real, grounded mvmnt that meets you where you are.
Grand Terrace didn’t have that, so I built it.
What makes this space different
Everything here is designed with intention. From small class sizes to form-focused movement, every detail is meant to help you feel supported, challenged, and comfortable in your own body.
This is a space where you can show up on a good day, a hard day, or somewhere in between and still feel like you belong.
No expectations. No pressure. Just movement that leaves you feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.
