At Grounded Mvmnt, we’re committed to creating a calm, elevated and seamless experience for every client. Please review our policies prior to booking.

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our online system.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class start time.

    • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will incur a $10 fee

    • No-shows will be charged a $10 fee, non-members will forfeit their credit

    This allows us to offer spots to those on the waitlist and respect our instructors time.

  • Our studio doors are locked promptly at class start time to ensure a peaceful uninterrupted experience.

    • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early

    • Late entry is not permitted once class begins

    • If you arrive after the door is locked, it will be considered a missed class

  • If a class is full, we encourage joining the waitlist.

    • If a spot open, you will be automatically added and notified via email

    • You are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend

    • Standard cancellation policies apply once you are added to class

  • To maintain a clean and grounded environment:

    • Shoes must be removed upon entry

    • Phone should be sliced during class

    • Be mindful and respectful of shared space and energy

    • Grip socks are encouraged for all Pilates classes for safety and stability

    • Mat towels are required starting May 18th, 2026

    Both available for purchase in studio.

    • Memberships are auto-renewed monthly via card on file

    • All sales are final and non-refundable

    • Unused classes do not roll over unless otherwise stated

    Founders Membership

    • Special founding rates are locked in as long as membership remains active

    • If canceled, the rate cannot be reinstated

  • Please listen to your body and modify as needed.

    • Inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions prior to class

    • By attending, you acknowledge participation is at your own risk

    • Children ages 10 and up are welcome to participate in classes when accompanied by an adult

    • Each child must have their own pass or membership and must be booked in advance online

    • Children ages 15 and up may attend classes independently

    We recommend that all younger clients feel comfortable in a group fitness setting and are able to follow instructor guidance for a safe and enjoyable experience.

    Please note that music and class content may not always be curated for younger audiences.

    • Entry is only permitted during scheduled class times

    • No walk-ins at this time - booking is required in advance
